Your order will ship within 36 - 48 hours from the order date. Once your order ships, we will notify you via email.

Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 6 business days after it leaves the warehouse.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. MDF Instruments reserves the right to cancel any order and will notify you immediately if we decide to do so (using the contact info you provided).

> Refunds:

Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s), not including the original shipping charges. Just give us a few days to process your return.

> Exchanges:

If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturer defect, it is covered under our Warranty. Please email us at customer.service.eu@mdfinstruments.com. Should you, for any reason, want to exchange a product outside of our Return Policy and Warranty policy, please email us at customer.service.eu@mdfinstruments.com.

MDF Instruments accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not add any credit card surcharges.
