To make a 30-Year Warranty request for a replacement headset and tubing, or to request free-parts-for-life, please register your stethoscope if you haven't already. You can register and make the request at online registration and service form or feel free to contacts us and we will complete this process for you. Once you receive the replacement headset and tubing, you will remove your chestpiece by pulling it firmly from the end of the damaged tubing. Then, reinsert the chestpiece into the end of the new tubing.

All of our stethoscopes have a Lifetime Warranty which covers stethoscope parts such as stiff and hardened tubing, missing ear tip holders, chest piece parts and other issues you may run into while using your MDF®.
To place a diaphragm into your retaining ring warm up the ring to make it more flexible. You can warm up the retaining ring in warm water or in a cup with a blow dryer. Slide the diaphragm into the ring and make sure that the diaphragm is secure without any edges peeking out.
It's a great idea to change out your stethoscope parts every once in a while to keep them fresh and hygienic.
Sometimes the diaphragm will crack or get dirty after sometime of use, this is why we offer it under our Free-Parts-For-Life program! We are here to assist with the process to change out your stethoscope parts for fresh ones.
