Ten years later, she is showing the world the true meaning of discipline, hard work and determination by now treating patients as a nurse practitioner in that very same hospital. Project Belize
Project Belize, Inc. was started in Nacogdoches, TX in 1988 to provide medical and dental assistance to remote Mayan villages in the Toledo District of Belize. Annual clinics are held by volunteer doctors, dentists, nurses, students, and others in May of each year.

One Mission Society
One Mission Society supports the Bethesda Medical Center, an ongoing free clinic in Vaudreuil, Cap Haitien, Haiti. The volunteer staff is made up of two registered nurses, one licensed practical nurse, and three certified nursing assistants. This small team runs the Bethesda clinic as well as a mobile clinic that serves surrounding villages.
