Nurse Jackie is a Chicago RN, Yoga Instructor, Nurse Educator, and student on her way to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. After not getting into Medical School, Nurse Jackie found her purpose. As a nurse educator, she is extremely well versed in the medical field. This interview has something for everyone!

For two weeks a small team of students and faculty from University of Mississippi Medical Center lived on a boat traveling down the Amazon River providing medical care to local villages. We are working on a small island of Madagascar called Nosy Mitsio. There we are part of what is called a TIMO team. TIMO (pronounced team-o) stands for Training in Ministry Outreach.
