How to assemble an mdf® iconica® SPHYGMOMANOMETER

Featuring the MDF® Instruments Iconica® Palm Aneroid Sphygmomanometer

To assemble your MDF Instruments® Iconic® Sphygmomanometer, connect the lure lock adapter of the Quick Release Valve that’s attached the short portion of tubing on the gauge, into the tubing that is attached to the cuff. You should feel it snap into place for a secure connection.

To place a diaphragm into your retaining ring warm up the ring to make it more flexible. You can warm up the retaining ring in warm water or in a cup with a blow dryer. Slide the diaphragm into the ring and make sure that the diaphragm is secure without any edges peeking out.

How to Find Your Stethoscope's Serial Number

To find your MDF Instruments® stethoscope serial number look for seven characters printed on the stethoscope chess piece. This should be a letter followed by a six digit number. For the 797X unscrew the chest piece to find the serial number. For the 767X you can find the serial number in the middle barrel.
