Coming from a Neurologist a good hammer is very important. This model of the Tromner is my favorite
I know this may sound soooooo ignorant, but I was deep down inside hoping it would elicit the best 3+ reflex any clinical would be proud of. Of course, 4+ isn't what you're hoping for (if you want a healthy neuro exam, lol). but alas, it is the handler that makes the tool great. This product I will keep for the rest of my career simply because the ease of which it allows the handler to operate with. Very ergonomic/handler friendly.
